Who we support

We partner with parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults—including those with autism, ADHD, AuDHD, ODD, and related profiles.

Our support also extends to neurodivergent young adults as they embark on new life stages, such as starting college, entering the workforce, living independently, and handling the unique challenges that come with adult responsibilities.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is different from therapy: our focus is not on processing your feelings before we move forward. Instead, you’ll get practical support, insight, and guidance focused on what you can do right now to help your child and make life feel more manageable.

You don’t need to try harder or be calmer or more consistent. You need support that helps you understand what’s really happening beneath the behavior and gives you tools to respond in ways that support both your child and your own well-being.

Coaching can be a powerful resource on its own or alongside therapy, meeting you where you are and helping you move forward with confidence.
